Feature request: make epoch checkpoints downloadable

Currently can only "launch" each epoch checkpoint but would be nice to have "download" buttons next to the "launch" buttons.

Or at least "open in file explorer" so you can actually get the checkpoint file.

May want to download and share with others or publish while the training is still ongoing.
