Spontaneous Change in Pull Request Summary #171
Description
From the best I can tell, we have not upgraded any dagster packages within the last few days, however we did notice very recently (within the last few days), the deploy action would generate summaries per commit, which is different than the prior behavior of one summary per PR.
This results in PRs being cluttered with summary posts:
If possible, a revert back to the old behavior is desired.
