Ability to set tags or labels for code locations so they can be filtered and grouped in the UI

What's the use case?

Currently it's only possible to filter code locations in the UI based on status:

In the Timeline tab it is only possible to filter by name:

It would be beneficial to be able to set custom tags or labels for code locations to allow for filtration and grouping in different parts of the UI.

Ideas of implementation

A tag field could be included as part of the implementation of #15090
