Allow launching runs on selections that include external assets #33199
Description
What's the use case?
When you are launching a run via selection of assets in the global lineage, if there is 1 or more external assets in your selection, you get an error.
It would be convenient to allow materialization of selections that include external assets.
Example: if an asset group has an external asset in it, you can't launch a run for the asset group by right clicking the group header.
Ideas of implementation
When manually launching a run on an asset selection that includes both normal and external assets, launch the run on all normal assets while ignoring the external assets. In the Launch runs popover, there could be a warning: "Your selection includes external assets that will be ignored"
