Add helm chart

It would be nice to have a helm chart to deploy in Kubernetes. In some cases this is much more convenient than kustomize.

@artemklevtsov Write a compose.yaml file and use https://github.com/kubernetes/kompose to convert it into Deployment and Service Configurations. Then use https://github.com/googlecontainertools/skaffold to create a skaffold.yaml file, which includes your Cluster Configurations and automates deployment to your Kubernetes Cluster.
