Split from #1033.
#1039 added navigation to all repeated child DAG runs and made each run's logs accessible. The remaining request is to represent child runs created by a repeat policy in the timeline.
Expected behavior
- Repeat-policy child DAG runs appear as distinct timeline rows.
- Each row shows the child run's timing and status.
- Rows link to the corresponding child DAG run.
- Parallel child runs and ordinary sub-DAG calls retain their current timeline behavior.
