[network] [dev-only] non critical errors on hot reloading

When we develop and browser hot reload (HMR), the web app can show some errors.
```
Cannot read property 'getSenders' of null
Cannot read property 'createOffer' of null
```
These may not be important but good to avoid for better developer experience.
