• 1). Even though I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times, please look after it and tell me the solution.

Has this been resolved? I'm seeing the same thing:

Checking an EPUB with a commandline call like this (paths 'xxx'ed, formatted for readability)

I intermittently get output like this:

Re-run Ace using the --verbose option to enable full debug logging.

No output files are generated. How would I go about to solve this?

It also puzzles me that, although I explicitly specify --tempdir and --uder-data-dir, per Ace's output, those directories aren't even used by Ace (it says: "at location 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp-6424-o1DKwlsjz4vO'" instead of the expected "at location 'C:\Program Files\xxx\ace-tmp'). Why could that be?

I'm also already serializing calls to Ace machine-wide (so ever only one instance of Ace is running on the whole machine at any time), to no avail…
