Import word document from the new PDF to word script

A new PDF to word script is being developped by the DAISY Pipeline team.

We would like this script to be used by SaveAsDAISY to convert and import a PDF into word using the addin.

The script would be called from a new button within the addin ribbon and from the addin's menu in the "File" view.
User would select a PDF file and an output folder (prepopulated with the usual SaveAsDAISY result folder), that would be sent to the pipeline to run the script, and the resulting word document (on success) would be opened directly.

As preliminary experimentation, the SaveAsDAISY addin now allows to convert dtbook to ODT or RTF and directly open the result in a new word document.

Note that some pieces are missing in the dtbook to ODT scripts : for example, sidebar and imggroup are not converted back in my latest experimentation.
