Description
Convolve function has a problem with boundary conditions - specifically 0 bin in occupancy becomes very small (very close to 0). Convolve is used in two places: occupancy and prob_no_spike. The solution we talked about yesterday is expanding the kernel boundaries and then using only the subset you actually want.
