Event scopes

It would be nice to have scopes - distinct event pools. With enabled scopes each event should have it's scope identifier.
Main features with enabled scopes:

• events can't intersect in same scope;
• ability to swap events if someone moves event into occupied position;
• enable/disable scope(s);

Is this feature would be suitable for Your calendar widget?
