Could a new CLI/env var option be added to configure the log level? This can be helpful when running immich-kiosk via systemd.

Additionally, could the banner, version and "listening on" lines be handled by the logger?

#577 introduces KIOSK_LOG_LEVEL which can be "debug", "verbose", "info", "warn" and "error" ("warn" will be the default).

Using "info" will output the banner, port, version etc via the log
