[Feature] Exclude video based on length

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to automatically exclude videos longer than 2 minutes. I prefer not to see those on my Frameo. Currently, I use tags for this, but it’s a manual process. It would be ideal to have a configurable setting that allows excluding videos based on their duration.
