User Made Account Groups

I would like to be able to create account groups of users so that I can view only notes from the users I choose to put in a specific group. Kind of like a filter on your personal feed. Same as your personal feed is a filter of the global feed.

Twitter kind-of has this between profiles you select for notifications and communities but I'm not thinking of something that complicated or even anything I need a notification for.

I'm describing group filters that I can add specific accounts to so that when I go to that feed I only see the accounts I've selected for that feed. Some examples: news source accounts, shitposter accounts, nostr development accounts, bitcoin development accounts, etc.
