As a Damus user who is helping a friend onboard to nostr, I would like to be able to share a list of contacts as a post, so that I can help add interesting content to my friend's feed.

acceptance criteria

1. User can share a list on a post
2. Damus users can see list on a post
3. Damus users can follow said list from the post
