Do not show me nsfw tagged notes in search results

What happens
When I search for a keyword in main timeline search, I may get a hashtag nsfw note returned. I have do not show me nsfw tagged notes on.

What I expect to happen
I do not expect to see nsfw tagged notes anywhere, including in search.

Issue persists in 1.11

I searched for "surf" in notes
