Slow network loading #3257

Reported symptoms:
- Replies taking 15 seconds to load
- Notifications view appearing empty (Note: Even with network issues it should still show it, as they can be loaded from nostrdb)
- reply I just posted does not immediately appear on latest testflight
- Phone runs hot
- Relay list not showing up on some profile pages
