What happens
When the user is not "zappable" and the favourites feature is disabled, the action buttons on the profile preview sheet are incorrectly aligned.

What I expect to happen
When there are fewer than 5 actions available on the user profile preview sheet, buttons should be centre aligned. However, when there are 5 action buttons or more, buttons should be left aligned in a horizontal scroll view.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Disable favourites feature (If enabled)
2. Enable profile preview sheets (If not already enabled)
3. Go to an account that does not have zaps setup
4. Click on their pfp on a post to present the preview sheet
