[BUG] The output profile "DEFAULT" is missing and cannot be used for playback!

Describe the bug
You can very easily delete the "Default" profile, borking your Amplitude instance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. Add a clip. This clip should use the default profile.

1. Go to Edit Sound Clip >> Output Profile >> Edit Output Profile.
2. Delete the default profile.
3. :(

Expected behavior
The delete button shouldn't even be clickable, and there should be an info text saying something like "This is the profile used for playback".

Additional context
I removed the "default" profile since I wanted to use JACK by default. I can't add it back now, and I don't know where the config file is.
