Savon Version

We currently have our Gemfile set to pull the current version of Savon. Is there any reason why it requires 2.6? Would it not work with 2.9?

We had incompatibilities at a certain point with a version of nokogiri when Savon released their 2.7 version.

A so important dependency cannot be upgraded without being tested and we didn't take time to do it yet.
