- Creates PR-specific subdirectories for documentation previews

Remove external_repository parameter to ensure workflow pushes to the correct repository (the fork rather than the original repo)
- Add explicit token authentication for checkout steps - Set remote URL to use GitHub token for proper repository access - Apply fix to both build and cleanup jobs
