Add 'Published Only' configuration option

Allow restricting the dashboard numbers to only those values associated with published assets

(will require some externally processed info to define asset-level associations)

Until the full temporal history of an asset is leveraged, this will give the most accurate report of values. Though the overall total will be much less 'impressive' by consequence
