Feature Request: Add api to modify footer

I would like to add more info to that footer, like:

• My plugin name
• My plugin version
• A link how to get support

Also, I would like to add the footer only if there are messages, so just using markdown() is not sufficient, need API to query for message count.

If I recall right, the footer is different code depending on which platform you're running on - so allowing that to be manipulated it probably going to get tricky..

I think any of these are reasonable:

There is some sort of API which gets called when a danger run is about to finish

  if (!results.messages.length)  danger.markdown("x")

Exposing a read-only version of the current DangerResults object

I like the hook better, as then it's guaranteed to be run in proper sequence. as with property check, there's a chance something runs after my check and isn't therefore accounted for. think of composable rules.

Looks like there's already a symbol which could be queried for existing messages:

not sure is it documented anywhere as well? at least the danger generator did not include it in new plugin code.

This ticket is sort of a subset of that ticket!

The results: DangerResults global is part of the "internal runtime" of DangerJS. It exists for plugin authors to manipulate, but also isn't necessarily intended for end-users to access. It could have some rough edges!
