small updates script

I have written a script that checks if an update is available and if necessary performs an update.

While that is a nice script, i think docker-compose would be a bit more efficient. Then just a docker compose pull ; docker compose up -d would be more then enough. Or you can even run a second container called Watchtower which does auto updates of the containers.

But it can also be done in a roundabout way xD

yes that would be easier, but so far was too lazy to switch and deal with how that must look when I use a nginx reverse proxy.
