Add logrotation when log output set to 'file'

After looking at this section of wiki with no mention to the fact that is intended to be set on the docker host machine and the discussion #2697 , I would like to request the feature mentioned in the title.

I think it would be nice to have logrotation enabled when log output set to 'file'. If not by default, at least an env variable in the compose that can enable it
