Verification code on new device login?

Is it possible to replicate the default Bitwarden new device validation process on Vaultwarden? There is an user option for systematic mail 2FA and an instance REQUIRE_DEVICE_EMAIL option, but this is not quite the same experience as Bitwarden which only sends one validation code when a new device tries to log in. It's not quite as secure as 2FA but it's way less intrusive so I'd like to replicate this behavior on my instance,. Is it something that can already be done or should it be a feature request instead?

I know there is a new option we do not yet support. But the config option you mention should only send a mail per new device. If you keep getting emails, then the clients register them self as a new device. It depends on the unique uuid per device.

No issue with the require device mail option, it works perfectly and does only send one mail per device. It's 2FA that can quickly be overwhelming, so getting one verification code per new device is a good middle ground.

Since the new option is not yet supported, I guess I just have to wait until you do. :)

You can check the remember device option at the 2fa though.
That should prevent it asking everytime.
