Steps To Reproduce

1. Login to Vaultwarden instance
2. Create a new organization or try and add a member to and organization
3. Member gets a join email that has no join information https://vault.example.tld/#/accept-organization/?email=email@example.com&organization***=
4. Member gets error " Unable to accept invitation. Ask an organization admin to send a new invitation. "

Expected Result

Member should get a valid join email from the vaultwarden instance.

Actual Result

Member is not getting a good join invite link and thus unable to join organization.

That invite URL does not look like a valid org invite generated by current vaultwarden.

In src/mail.rs, send_invite() builds the organization invite URL with these query params:

email
organizationName
organizationId
organizationUserId
token

Then it renders:

{DOMAIN}/#/accept-organization/?{query_string}

So the raw email link should contain at least organizationId=..., organizationUserId=..., and token=.... If the received link ends up like .../#/accept-organization/?email=...&organization...= and has no token/member id, the web vault cannot accept it and the error is expected.

Things I would check first:

1. View the raw email source, not only the clickable rendered link. Confirm whether &token= is present in the actual HTML/text email.
2. Check whether you have custom templates under data/templates, especially email/send_org_invite*. A stale custom template can override the built-in template and generate an old/broken link. With reload_templates=false, restart after removing/updating templates.
3. Re-send a fresh invite after that. Old invite links can also expire based on INVITATION_EXPIRATION_HOURS.
4. If the raw email contains the full URL but the clickable link is broken, the mail client or an email security/link-rewrite system is truncating/mangling the URL. In that case test by copying the full raw URL manually.

Your DOMAIN/HTTPS diagnostics look OK; a wrong DOMAIN would normally produce the wrong hostname, not remove organizationUserId/token from the query string.
