• VASCA pipeline in R

  Starting from the MATLAB scripts parglmVS.m and vasca.m from [Jose Camacho's Meda-Toolbox](https://github.com/josecamachop/MEDA-Toolbox/tree/master), reprogram them in R and all the scripts they depend on. Also test that they work properly. This will provide the complete workflow of the VASCA algorithm implemented in R.
