Some MD3 colors are wrong

• The page toolbar should use the same color as the page header
• The colors should flow into the status/nav bars
• The background and surface colors are incorrectly switched on Light mode
• All text should be checked because some are using the wrong color for what they're on, e.g. "Medications taken" should be "On Background"

We could wait for some progress upstream on MudBlazor/MudBlazor#12053 or build our own layer in the meantime
