PostgreSQL not persisting when using .NET 9

We are currently encountering an issue where workflows are not persisting when using Postgres as a persistence provider in our .NET 9 code base.

I see there is a pull request to add .NET9 support for SQL Server - could we please get a fix to support .NET9?

I made some investigations on something similar in a comment on #1333 which may or may not help you. Not sure if this is the same thing, but it might give you a lead.
