Abandoned? Essentially no activity since March...?

Back after summer and some other stuff happening I had hoped to see a 8.0 release of asammdf in the wild.
No dice, and looking at Daniel's activity for the last 9+ months it is essentially zero (some reviews) since last release (March 12)
Daniel, did you abandon asammdf?!

Hi!Great to hear from you!Yes, I’m aware of the development branch and that is what I use for my own work at Volvo.
