Constructive solid geometry with nodes

Nodes should allow boolean operations with their geometries.

Probably will not bother doing this now as it can be approximated with meshes.

CSG would be much more efficient for certain tasks so it would be great to have. Going to remove pvtrace 2.0 tag and add help wanted.
