Virustotal detects GOESP's dll as a definite virus, Windows Defender also does. I know this is open source but is this really virus-free?

I've been scared to run anything on my computer ever since my Discord account almost got stolen and I'm just really really scared of another malware getting off my radar. How can I confirm that this is malware and virus free?

Im not a programmer but these kind of files often edit memory and data that would get flagged by a antivirus even if it isn't one, however it obviously could still contain malicious files if someone doesn't review the code.

I use Osiris now (also by danielkrupinski) did not know how much of a trusted author daniel was before I saw widespread cheats using his bypass
His stuff isn't malware
