SAR and QAR to USD showing value 0

When I tried to convert SAR to USD and QAR to USD, the value is showing 0.

I don't think the european central bank has those currencies, sorry.
You could try a free fixer.io account maybe? They have more currencies supported.

I can look into throwing an error: "Current source does not support XXX currency" or something like that instead of just giving 0, would that make more sense?
