Can I create A discord bot with this?

I really liked fabric thanks for creating such a wonderful tool, I want to share this tool with my not much technical friends is there any way i could turn this github repository into a discord bot which i will add to my server and we will talk with it. i've never created a discord bot so it's kinda daunting to me. if anyone has any resource or knows how to do this please reply
