This is due to device reconnection, and could not reuse the same tunnel, you can use
http://127.0.0.1:60105/tunnels to find the tunnel for each device
then curl -X DELETE http://127.0.0.1:60105/tunnel/UDID to reconnect, the ios commands will work again

This is the stale-tunnel-after-reconnect class, consolidated into #641. Fixes are open: #808 (15s dial timeout instead of hanging/dying on a dead RSD conn) and #809 (TunnelManager liveness probe that evicts and recreates dead tunnels automatically). Until those ship, ymin's workaround is the right one — curl -X DELETE http://127.0.0.1:60105/tunnel/<udid> — or ios tunnel refresh --udid=<udid> in v1.2.1. Closing in favor of #641; please retest after the next release.
