Read me - current status

I currently have limited time for the project, and continuation is uncertain. Here's a quick overview:

Filtration pump - SF90220RC1

• Power can be controlled
• Power state is reported back (although using the local button is currently not possible - see Allow buttons to be still used on the device #21)
• Timer is automatically set to infinite (currently this behaviour is always present)
• Timer control is planned as a nice to have

Chlorinator - ECO5220G

• Development is on the way to intercept and send messages from/to the UI bus, this involves using the RMT peripheral of the ESP32 to handle the unusual timing of the protocol.
• First goal is to handle remote power control/reporting as for the pump, with timer set to infinite, see also this milestone
• Error statuses are planned as first additional feature after that
• Timer control and possibly boost mode are planned as a nice to have
