Have specific message for files uploaded with no extension

Currently files with no extension get a 'This filetype is not supported' message from Urkund.

However, as we know that a missing extension is going to be a problem can this be handled either (ideally) at upload time or by a more specific message. Students never realise that lack of an extension is the problem.

Isn't this already handled in the new 3.3 Assignment settings which allow you to restrict the file types you can upload?

I'm not sure it is by default. Surely you would have to add an exhaustive list of filetypes?

With unoconv being next to useless, we may start restricting to .pdf anyway.
