Apply git repository cache removal and leverage dynamic repository creation #2
Description
Users shouldn't have to create new repositories manually. Also, the only way to clear your files from the git repository cache is to manually delete them. GitHup shouldn't use one monolithic repository for the file storage, as it will eat up storage in the application directory.
