copyright holder not explicitly declared

Hi,

This project seems - from git commits - to be authored mainly by Danny Coates, and commonly the author hold copyright - i.e. has the power to grant a license.

...but that is not always the case. Sometimes the one commiting to git is different from the author, and sometimes the author(s) do not hold copyright (e.g. if done while working under a contract that transfers such rights).

Please therefore explicitly state who is the copyright holder, to know whom to hold accountable for granting the license stated in package.json.

Also, while at it, copyright and licensing is more reliably expressed as a comment in each code file, instead of (only) as metadata for the project: E.g. when someone copying a file from this project to another the metadata is easily missed.
