You will play a key role in transforming how we design our services to meet the differing needs of our user types. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of working alongside users to deliver interaction design as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</p><p>We're expanding our experience design team, and have two additional exciting opportunities for a design researcher and service designer to join our team! <p>We are currently recruiting for a Senior UX Researcher to be a part of our innovative UX Research team. This role would be ideal for you if you are passionate about understanding people, and curious about the relationship between financial resilience and digital products.</p><h2>A bit about the job</h2><p>Our UX Research team employ a variety of qualitative methods to obtain insight that impact the design of digital products and services that are used by millions of people. This includes field studies, depth interviews, co-design, accessibility research, card sorting, and usability studies.
