[BUG] Podcast episode without date causes crashes

Describe the bug
If a podcast episode is added without a date it adds it as "in progress" instead of "completed". Trying to delete this causes floppy to crash.

To Reproduce
Add a podcast episode without a date and delete it.

Expected behavior
For podcast episodes to add without a date as "completed" and deleting them to not crash floppy.

Floppy version: v26.8.13-22-g8a26dcd0
Database: SQLite (default)
