'Watched with' (specify other user when setting progress / completed) #962

Description

@keunes

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love to be able to specify another user when marking an item as watched or completed. This way, we efficiently keep our profile up to date together.
It'd also be great to have users as filters, so we can find the list of series we're watching together (currently we'd list all our series, but there's no way to separate my own and our common series).
Lastly, I'd want all my instance users to be able to see each other and create 'shared' entries. But I can imagine that server admins would want to specify two settings:

  • All users can create shared entries // Users can propose shared entries (to be approved by recipient(s))
  • Users can see/search all users // Users have to submit contact requests that have to be accepted, before they can see/search eachother while editing entries.

(I'd everything public / without approval, because we're just a small household and trusts all other users. But community service providers might want something more protective.)

Additional context
I watch a lot of stuff (both series and movies) together with my partner. Het does the tracking – duplicating that for myself is something I wouldn't really do.
Also, as we both watch our own stuff but also watch series together, and we sometimes have to pick what to watch together, it'd be really helpful to be able to get a list of things that we have in progress together.
