Describe the bug

For Activity History modal popups, because the Edit & Delete buttons only appear on hover, they are inaccessible on mobile touch clients. Only the most recent History entry is editable via the current status button.

For Movies & Games & Podcast episodes, clicking Activity History for a given item takes you to a History page filtered only for that item. You must hover over a history entry and click Edit Tracking for that specific item to edit the tracking info. The Edit Tracking / Add to custom lists / View your activity history hover buttons on this page (also seen on the Home page and media sidebar pages) are inaccessible on mobile.

To Reproduce

Using a cellphone, browse to a TV Episode and open the Activity History modal. No buttons are available.

Browse to the same history on a PC, and the buttons are available on hover.

The Hover buttons on History, Home, & media section tiles are also inaccessible on mobile.

Expected behavior

Appear-on-Hover buttons are always visible on mobile.
