Fix stale requirements.txt reference in upgrade guide Source installs were told to run `pip install -r requirements.txt`, but that file was removed when the project moved to uv/pyproject.toml as the dependency source of truth. Following the stale instruction silently skipped new dependencies on upgrade. Fixes #932
