Needs to be updated to current version of Blazor #2
Description
This does not seem to work with the current version of Blazor. When I try to build it I get many errors.
Could you please update it?
It is a very helpful example.
It would also be very helpful to see how to move the DownloadFile off to a utility class so it could be used from multiple components. It isn't clear to me how to access IJSRuntime if I do that.
