Blog post overviewing Dapr performance

There are few issues in dapr/dapr that talk about the perf metrics. May be good to enumerate the config we used for out perf tests. Blog over doc to avoid having have to re-generate this with each release.

Blogging about our perf tests is not so interesting IMO. I think it would be interesting if the blog post covers a specific scenario (sample app) and show how much TPS is sustained and the tp90 for operations. It would be good to guide users on how to build their own performance tests for Dapr as part of the blog post.
