Motivation

As my responsibilities have shifted in my job, I have not been able to concentrate more on OSS work.
It has been a pleasure to see Dapr move from a CNCF incubating to a CNCF graduated project.

With my current responsibilities I have not been able to effectively contribute to Dapr work so would like to remove myself as maintainer in any and all repositories and also as approver.

It has been great being a part of this community and I wish all the success for this project.
