Expand Workflow Examples - Add Patterns Per Folder

The sdks should align. Currently the java and dotnet sdk include workflow patterns in their respective example directories. See the java sdk workflow examples patterns directory here && see dotnets here.

The go-sdk should include a folder per workflow pattern as well for consistency across the sdks.

Hi @cicoyle, just want to make sure I’m understanding the intent correctly.

Is the goal of this issue to:

1. Add workflow patterns that already exist in java/.NET but are currently missing here,
2. reorganize the existing go workflow examples into a consistent structure like examples/workflow/{pattern_name}/main.go
