Remove blobs from the repository

Any extraneous blobs should be removed from the repository as they are not easily reviewable.

The crypto example can for example - be replaced with a line to download the dapr logo from a known safe source. This can be a defined signed commit on github for example.

hey, getting to this now. the only BLOB here is examples/crypto/image.png. do you need anything else removed?

I believe it is the only one, I haven't checked.
